The addition of MCTs and healthy fats to any delicious smoothie not only provides incredible energy, but it also slows down the release of the natural sugars and helps us get the most from our nutrition. This healthy zesty combo is one of our favourites and we promise all its nourishing goodness will PowerUp your day and keep you going strong!
Plant-based, Vegan, Dairy free, Antioxidant rich, MCT power.
1/2 cup coconut milk or cream, tinned
1/2 cup frozen berries
1-2 teaspoons MCT Keto Tonic
1 tablespoon peanut butter or chia seeds
1/2 lemon, juiced (optional)
1/4 cup ice (optional)
Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favourite bowl, glass or travel container, top with your chosen extras if using and enjoy!
